This is an upload in order to get Sim City 2000 installed on a 64 bit version of Windows Vista or XP. It was tested on a 64 bit Vista install, but it should work on XP and even normal 32 bit versions of Windows.
In case you are wondering why, 64 bit OSs cannot utilize the installer, because it was written for 16 bit. 32 bit Windows OS can still use the 16 bit installers, but 64 bit versions of Windows cannot, thus it is impossible to install on one. Which blows for Sim City 2000 lovers with 64 bit OSs.
A very simple to follow README.TXT is included with precise instructions. It really can be a two step process. Extract, and merge registry data.
